bookmycarservice believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.

Refund can be claimed only after service order cancellation.
Refund will be made only if the cancellation is done before initiating the services by the Service Station.
Once Refund request is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If refund approved, then refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 working days. In case you feel that the service received is not satisfactory or is not as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service by dropping a mail to within 24 hours of receiving the service.
The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
In case of complaints regarding service parts that come with a warranty from manufacturers, bookmycarservice will do the best to get the warranty claimed,manufacturers respective warranty cconditions applicable.
