Horn Cancellation/Refund Policy

Horn believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.

1.Cancellation Policy:

Under this policy:

Cancellation request can be made via the Horn Mobile Application or via e-mail to support@hornplz.com.
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made before the car has reached the Partner Location ie.Garage or Service Centre.
In case pickup/drop service is availed, a cancellation fee of INR 250.00 will be charged once the cancellation request is accepted by Horn.

2. Refund Policy:

Under this policy:

Refund can be claimed only after service order cancellation.
Refund will be made only if the cancellation is done before initiating the services by the Service Station.
In case you feel that the service received is not satisfactory or is not as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service by dropping a mail to support@hornplz.com within 24 hours of receiving the service.
The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
In case of complaints regarding service parts that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to the concerned Service Station.
